ANPR system being installed

To help ensure parking spaces are available at our practice an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system is currently being installed. The cameras will operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Parking at our practice is for patients who are attending an appointment, collecting medication from the practice or Well Pharmacy, dropping off a request, and speaking with a member of our team.

When you arrive, please register your number plate using the check-in tablets at reception and at Well Pharmacy. You will have:

  • 15 minutes to register your vehicle
  • A maximum stay of 30 minutes

If your visit takes longer than 30 minutes please don't worry, just let reception or the team at Well Pharmacy know before you leave and we will update the system to prevent any penalties.

The system will be managed independently by Total Parking Solutions. The practice cannot cancel or intervene in penalty notices, and we do not receive any income from fines. A standard penalty notice is £60, increasing to £100 if not paid within 14 days.

We are installing this system as we have seen a rise in the number of people using our car park. This has made it difficult for patients to find a space when they need to attend the practice or Well Pharmacy.

If you are not visiting for care, please support us by using alternative parking in the town. This ensures our spaces remain available for those who need them for patient care. You can find public parking in Bourne on the South Kesteven District Council website
