Mental Health Awareness Week
We’re supporting Mental Health Awareness Week, with a focus on sharing support, raising awareness, and encouraging simple conversations about mental wellbeing.
Meet the PCN Team: Monday 11 May, 10am to 12pm
Come along to meet the team, find out what support is available locally, and pick up information about mental health and wellbeing. No appointment needed.
Our team will be available to talk, answer questions, and help signpost to the right support.
Throughout the week, our staff will also be getting involved in activities to support mental health awareness, including sharing tips and ideas to support wellbeing.
If you’d like to take part yourself, something as simple as checking in on a friend, getting outside for a short walk, or taking a few minutes to pause can make a difference.
