Social prescribing drop-in session
Come to our informal drop-in event on Thursday 26 March and learn more about social prescribing and how it can help you.
Social prescribing deals with wellbeing and lifestyle issues around things like financial problems, isolation, mild mental health conditions, caring responsibilities and bereavement. It is a way of giving patients support for non-clinical issues that affect their health and wellbeing.
Melissa, from Four Counties Primary Care Network, is our Social Prescriber. She is holding an informal drop in session on Thursday 26 March, for patients who want advice, or to find out more.
She will be in the reception area at The Hereward Practice from 9am to 11am.
Come along, have a chat with Melissa, she will be delighted to see you.
